It’s practically a tradition, so Knox Dough has turned frozen cookie dough into a business. “Don’t bake it, just grab a spoon and dig in,” says Janet Curtis, originator of the recipe she developed for her own kids.It’s a safe way to indulge; the ready-to-eat dough contains no eggs and uses a specially treated flour mix. With over a dozen varieties, there is something to tempt almost everyone. Flavors include Confetti, Mocha, Strawberry shortcake, S’mores and more. According to Janet, the cookie dough has about the same number of calories as a regular Snickers bar.
