Swansea, Massachusetts Classic Motorcycles

Doug's Cycle Barn
163 Ocean View Avenue Swansea, MA 02777 508-207-8362
Douglas Rogers, owner of Doug's Cycle Barn, was born and raised on mini bikes & dirt bike tracks in Tiverton, Rhode Island. Even as a young teenager, Doug knew he would be involved in motorcycles for the rest of his life when he first laid eyes on his cousin's new Briggs & Stratton red mini bike. From that day forward, at 12 years old, he was hooked.
Doug's favorite hobby was taking things apart to see how they worked. In the coming years, Doug developed a love for classic British motorcycles and started acquiring the many skills necessary to service and repair these vintage British motorcycles.

Wakefield, Massachusetts Classic Motorcycles
Don Hutchinson Cycle
116 Foundry Street Wakefield, MA 01880 781-245-9663
Don Hutchinson is the leading expert in vintage Triumph paint.
We maintain a prized collection of vintage original tanks, and have recreated all the original colors and schemes for every model, every year. Quite simply, our paint expertise is the foundation of everything we do. We maintain a collection of over 100 vintage Triumph tanks. Over the years, we’ve cleaned certain areas of each tank, examined the area under the badges, and compared the color variations to historical photographs to determine the exact original colors.
From there, we’ve created a database of colors for every model and year since 1946. We’ve created the exact recipe for every color, and know exactly how these paints were originally applied in layers. We know exactly how the stripes and scallops resolve themselves on the underside of each tank – something you can’t determine by looking at photos,
or even bikes in person.
In other words, if you are looking to have your vintage Triumph exactly match the original paint, look no further. A paint job by Don Hutchinson Cycle is the finest available. We’re happy to paint your tank and fenders at our facility, or sell you the proper paint so you or your local shop can do the work.
1968 Triumph Tiger 650 TR6R
This incredible machine, featured at length in our blog during the former half of 2012, is one of the finest restored vintage Triumph machine we have ever built.
The bike features many rare NOS parts and components, a stunning Riviera Blue and Silver Sheen paint job with hand-painted coach lines, and a rebuilt engine which runs perfectly.
This bike is denoted as a TR6R Tiger 650, as opposed to Trophy 650, due to its serial number indicating it was manufactured in the latter half of 1968. Built during the pinnacle of British motorbike production, the Tiger is regarded by many as the finest ever produced by Triumph.

Baldwinsville, New York Vintage Motorcycles

Vintage King Motor Sports
9 Gettman Drive Baldwinsville, NY 13027 315-560-3506
There are many vintage motorcycle salvage yards. Most of them specializing in Honda motorcycles, Suzuki motorcycles, Kawasaki motorcycles, Yamaha motorcycles and even American made and classic motorcycles. I have a full time job 40 plus hours a week and run my business part time with my family. I understand first hand how important a quality part is at an affordable price. You won’t see ultra high dollar vintage or NOS parts or used motorcycles out of the average guys reach. I restore and ride them too, dirt, street and classic!
At Vintage King Motor Sports, there is no back log of used or vintage parts or NOS that has been hanging around for years because the price is too high. You will find high quality antique, NOS, used and modern motorcycle parts at a price I would be willing to pay myself! Complete used bikes, parts or even an occasional lawn mower are not uncommon here! My stock is continuously changing, so check back often.

The Classic Bike Experience
104 Center Rd (Route 15) Essex Jct , VT 05452 802- 878 - 5383
The British Bikes of the 60's & 70's were something very, very special. In the day, owning one of those machines meant more than just riding it. You were expected to get your hands a little dirty maintaining it. And, to this day, nothing comes close to the drop dead good looks of these bikes. For most of us, these were the bikes of our youth to be owned or wished for.
The Classic Bike Experience can reconnect you with the old bike you've left stuffed in the barn, help find one you used to own, or get you on the Brit bike of your youthful dreams. Parts, service, restorations, friendly advice and an invitation to work on your bike in our shop are just some of the ways we can help you enjoy your Classic Bike Experience.
It's not just the bike, it's the total experience.
